The line of FRESH UNPASTEURIZED PRODUCTS is the flagship of our production. Thanks to our innovative and patented processing technique, we are able to obtain the microbial abatement avoiding the classic method of thermal pasteurization and guarantee the perfect preservation of the product for 24 months in the glass jar and 12 months in the plastic bucket at room temperature without the addition of any preservatives or chemical additives, maintaining unchanged all the organoleptic characteristics of each ingredient.
