Vegan gnocchi with Caprese Pesto and Mozzarisella®

  • 1 jar of “Caprese Pesto and Mozzarisella®” Costa Ligure
  • 1 pack of potato dumplings
  • Mozzarisella® preparation based on sprouted brown rice
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • Oil

In a pan pour a drizzle of oil and a clove of garlic and brown for 2-3 minutes. Pour the Caprese Pesto and turn off the heat. Mix well.

Boil the gnocchi, they will have to cook for a few minutes. As soon as they rise to the surface, drain them with the help of a skimmer.

Gradually place on the plate and add the Caprese pesto and Mozzarisella®.

Melt the vegetable preparation slowly in a non-stick pan adding a ladle of cooking water and slowly pour over the pesto and gnocchi.
