- 1 jar 135 g. of peppers & speck bruschetta
- Tagliatelle (80 g. per serving-size)
- Slices of speck (smoked ham)
- Oil / salt
Cook tagliatelle in plenty of salted water according the cooking times specified on the package.
Meanwhile, put a little oil in a frying pan, add some tablespoons of bruschetta peppers & Speck (3 tablespoons for each 80 g. of pasta) and heat the sauce over medium heat for some minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked drain it and pour it into the pan with the bruschetta sauce.
Stir-fry for about a minute on high heat.
Serve the pasta and garnish with a few slices of Speck previously heated in a pan for about 2 seconds per side.
