- 1 jar 135 g. of “midnight spaghetti” sauce
- Spaghetti (80 g. per serving-size)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 fistful of breadcrumbs
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 hot chilli pepper
- Oil / salt / pepper
Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water according the cooking times specified on the package.
In a non-stick pan put a fistful of breadcrumbs and brown for a few minutes over medium heat.
Meanwhile in another non-stick pan put a drizzle of oil, 1 clove of crushed garlic and brown until golden, then remove it.
Open a jar of “Spaghetti at Midnight” sauce, put 1 and a half tablespoon for each 80 g. of spaghetti into the pan and heat the sauce.
Drain the pasta and put it into the pan with the sauce, add the golden breadcrumbs and stir fry over medium heat for a minute.
Put the spaghetti on the serving plate and add grated lemon zest on top.
