Costa Ligure is equipped with an internal
laboratory of analysis directed by the Dott.ssa
Sabrina Grosso who's in charge of the quality control.
In this way our products are continuosly monitored
and a repeatable high quality standard is ensured.

The Dott.ssa Grosso took a degree in Chemistry
and Pharmaceutical Technologies at the university
of Genoa and she developped her thesis about the
stability of the extra v irgin olive oils of the
western liguria with the department of food chemistry.
