CERTIFICATION PRODUCT

Pesto not subject to any thermal processing, bearing a 24-month shelf
life when preserved in glass jar or a 12-month shelf life when preserved
in plastic pails; the production technique does not contemplate the
addition of preservatives whatsoever.

Purpose of the certification: Development and production of Pesto alla genovese and Vegetable creams. EA division

BRC GLOBAL STANDARD - FOOD

For its GENOESE PESTO Costa Ligure obtained the product certification by SGS stating our pesto is fresh, not pasteurized, preservatives free and with a shelf life of 24 months in glass jars and 12 months in plastic pails.
